The Vistas philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing becomes more possible when we can see our inner world with perspective and understanding. Like standing at a vista, therapy offers a moment of spaciousness — a chance to breathe, reflect, and find a new way forward.

Our registered psychotherapists, naturopaths, and wellness practitioners use a nervous‑system‑aligned, integrative approach. Our therapists draw from EMDR, attachment theory, somatic and polyvagal‑informed practices, and cognitive therapies. We support the whole person — thoughts, emotions, body responses, and relational patterns — with warmth, inclusivity, and trauma‑informed care.

At Vistas, we offer integrative wellness services that support the whole nervous system. Our team provides psychotherapy, yoga instruction, mindfulness coaching, and naturopathic care — each offering a different pathway toward grounding, regulation, and connection. Services are available virtually, by phone, and in person in Toronto (Cabbagetown and Downtown) and Ottawa, with a sliding‑scale option to help increase accessibility across Ontario.
