To deepen our exploration, we will look at boundaries through the lens of the root chakra-which in psychospiritual traditions, symbolizes our foundational need for safety, stability, and security. Speaking up for your needs and practicing assertiveness are tangible, everyday ways to cultivate that sense of safety from within.
