Explore Foundational Roots to Healthy Boundaries

Your location or 120 Carlton

Sandra invites individuals to explore their fears, shame, guilt, and grief to help them release heavy emotions and reconnect with their authentic selves. She encourages individuals to learn about their inner child to challenge old beliefs, and historical ways of coping. She believes this integrative approach provides a meaningful foundation for long-lasting self-awareness and is a vital step towards learning new skills in all aspects of life.

A brief professional note: This workshop is psychoeducational and spiritual in nature. It is designed for personal growth, reflection, and skill-building. While I am a Registered Psychotherapist, our time together today is an educational seminar and does not constitute a formal, clinical psychotherapeutic relationship. Please participate at your own comfort level, honor your personal limits, and take breaks when needed.

This workshop explores the practical art of setting boundaries to help you manage your energy, protect your time, and establish realistic expectations for yourself and others. To deepen our exploration, we will look at boundaries through the lens of the root chakra-which in psychospiritual traditions, symbolizes our foundational need for safety, stability, and security. Speaking up for your needs and practicing assertiveness are tangible, everyday ways to cultivate that sense of safety from within.

In this workshop, we will:

  • Explore the psychological and somatic qualities of the root chakra framework.
  • Create a clear, personalized definition of healthy boundaries.
  • Identify the different types of boundaries (mental, emotional, physical, and time).
  • Learn 5 practical, actionable steps to communicate a boundary clearly.
  • Engage in a gentle, supportive boundary-setting exercise.
  • Conclude with holistic, grounding tools to support your sense of inner stability.
  • Open sacred space and setting an intention
